This is currently not possible. Though there is already an enhancement 
report <http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=2308> for this in 
our issue tracker. See especially my comment on 
that<http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=2308#c6>. 
Also there's a related 
issue<http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=3833>for letting Firebug 
activation be based on tabs instead of URLs.
