We had another thread about this already, in which another guy described
the same <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/firebug/0z5dg8MxM-w/pm-CA-Lp4CIJ>.
The simple fix for him was a
restart<https://groups.google.com/d/msg/firebug/0z5dg8MxM-w/f_fyY1P2D5IJ>
.

Does that fix your problem?

If not, please install Firebug in a new
profile<https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Install_Firebug_into_a_clean_profile>and
check if it's working there. If it's not working, please comment on the
other thread because this one is already pretty old.
