I guess you mean the *Console* 
panel<https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Console_Panel>. 
The *Script* panel <https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Script_Panel>should 
be unrelated to that.
Could it be that you have the option *Strict 
Warnings*<https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Console_Panel#Options_Menu>enabled?

By default you have to explicitly enable Firebug for a page. So normally 
you won't see these messages.
Though there is already a related enhancement request for allowing to 
ignore specific messages to appear in the 
console<http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=4368>
