It doesn't support sync export, only async, but it could be relatively easy to add that feature. Here is the place where a Console listener is called (synchronously) when a log in the Console panels happens and where a packet is send to a server side (asynchronously). https://github.com/firebug/consoleexport/blob/master/chrome/content/consoleexport/consoleListener.js#L54 There could be another logic/feature (hidden behind a new preference by default I guess) saving the log also into a locale file ...
