You forgot to mention one important point. You need to switch to the 
Command Editor to see the problem.

Also in the Web Console I can see the following error when switching to 
another Firebug panel and then back to the Console panel:
TypeError: access to strict mode caller function is censored @ 
chrome://acebug/content/aceEditor.js:515
