Well, then try to push your bosses to update the systems. As I said FF 
4.0.1 is outdated and not maintained anymore, so there are a lot of bugs 
and security holes in it. Same for IE 6, which even Microsoft wants to get 
rid of <http://www.ie6countdown.com/>. Only China still stays with IE6.
Anyway, that's another story.

No, this time is spent fetching it from cache. You can hover the timeline 
of each request to get more detailed info on which part of the request the 
time is spent. Regarding the screenshot I'd say most time is spent on 
"Waiting".
