What you can do at the moment is to search for @page or @media rules inside the CSS Panel <https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/CSS_Panel> and edit the related print styles there.
Can I disable all "print CSS settings" and tell Firefox "use display CSS > settings"? > You mean for printing? There's an option inside the *Page Setup* dialog (available via Firefox button > *Print...* > *Page Setup...*) called *Print Background (colors & images)*, which allows you to print the page including images and backgrounds.
