Providing a name for an inline CSS is currently not possible. Please create an enhancement request<http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/entry?template=User%20enhancement%20request>for it and we'll implement it.
I'd also like to know about what's your use case for creating the style sheets via JS instead of using static ones or creating them on the server-side.
