I haven't installed firebug, I never even knew about this program until today.
The issue arose when I was working on my wordpress site, and I cleared my cache, now whenever I access my website (only visible on an isolated computer) there is the firebug window at the bottom. (I found out it was firebug by googling bug inspector as there was no name) This image shows what I am seeing.
