For CSS there's an extension called LiveReload <http://livereload.com/>. See also issue 72 <http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=72>. For JavaScript there's no such tool. While there's also an issue for this (issue 36 <http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=36>), I wonder how you expect that to work and what's the use case for this.
