I am curious if anybody else has been experiencing this issue with firebug
and other plugins on the latest Aurora channel.

After a certain period of time (now hours instead of weeks) The Firebug
icon refuses to activate in any Window that it is not active in. The menu
is there, the icon is there but clicking the icon or choosing any of the
options do nothing.

I have to kill firefox (so I don't lose my open tabs/windows) top get
Firebug back.

This appeared to become an issue around the end of Dec when I upgraded
Aurora and it moved to 28 (?).

Something interesting I noticed is that the only two plugins that seem to
experience the problem are Firebug And App Button Close (which allows
Windows Users to close Firefox in a OS standardized manner via the upper
left corner icon/menu). Both of which I perceive as having UX in the
menubar/titlebar. Unsure if that's relevant or not, just something I've
noticed.

I don't think this is a "firebug specific bug/issue" but I figure this
seems to be the best place to ask the question as I can't seem to find a
bonified active Firefox support forum.

For those interested, i primarily run with Firebug/Noscript/Request Policy
and App Close button, however I've been running these on Aurora channel for
almost a year without any problems. I usually update manually, monthly
since the Mozilla Aurora Update is insanely retarded and is indiscriminate
on when it updates. When I last updated around the end of Dec this began
happening.
