I didn't see that you also created an issue <https://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=7588> before I posted my answer. Please install 2.0.2 again and restart your browser, then make sure about:addons really shows that Firebug 2.0.2 is installed and active. If it doesn't help, please follow Honza's suggestions. In any case, let us know whether it helped.
