What you are seeing are actually the Firefox DevTools using the Firebug theme. See the Mozilla Hacks blog post <https://hacks.mozilla.org/2016/12/firebug-lives-on-in-firefox-devtools/> for more info about that. Unfortunately, this feature is not implemented yet in the Firefox DevTools, but there's already a bug filed for it <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=987877>.
