Yes, I know I answered my question, but I was trying to find other way to
resolve the problem. How good is to make NAT at a MS Proxy Server that at the
same time is doing PAT with the FW?

You have answered your question that is the way to do it. Place the pix in
front of the proxy.

I have to install a PIX on a network that have a proxy installed and working
already. They have only 1 public IP available, and are using it in the
proxy.
What`s the better way to implement the firewall in that LAN? I�m thinking in
putting it before the proxy with the real ip and use PAT with the Proxy, and
continue using the proxy as the default gateway of all workstations, but I
don`t
really like this way and I don`t know other way to implement it becouse they
want to still use the Proxy as a cache, web and mail server...
