You'll allow access to the BackOrifice trojan if it's installed on any of
your internal systems. It uses UDP port 31337 as the default, but it is
easily changed. Opening up ICMP allows folks to map your internal
networks. You'll also be vulnerable to ping flooding, icmp redirects and
smurf DOS attacks.
