Find an SSL faq; if the Citibank server is using encryption, it is
probably
Secure Socket Layer (SSL). I believe it uses TCP port 443, after the
client
initiates the secure connection via the regular http port 80. I don't
remember what the sequence is, so check the faq.
The fun part is telling the user how to setup their browser for this.
