ipfwadm question - FAQ?

Hi,

    Does anyone have a good source for some basic firewall (even simple
filtering) setup / rules for ipfwadm?

    I'm looking to set up some basic procedures on a couple of our servers;
anything that is a bit more than I can find at
http://metalab.unc.edu/LDP/HOWTO/Firewall-HOWTO-6.html would be appreciated.
