You should have the Proxy client installed on your computer. That means that
you should use the socks implementation on the proxy server.  MS proxy 1.0
might have this or not.. (I have not worked with it) If this will fail
consider on upgrading to MS proxy 2.0 and use the WSP Client from the MS
proxy distribution...
