Does anyone know if a Cisco 4500 running 11.0 or higher ( or any other
router/linux) prioritize ip packets based on
tcp port number?

I have a 4500 on the other side of my FW and want to lower the priority of
certain traffic before it gets to the FW.

Any help you can lend will be appreciated.
