I have Firewall 1 (3 build 3064) running on Solaris and a Norton's for
Firewalls scanner on NT. I have configured everything I can think of on
both systems (Service, Resource, Server, etc.). They both expect to
communicate on port 18181.
If I set up a rule rule on FW1 using regular FTP without the Norton's
scanner as a resource, FTP works fine. If I replace the regular FTP with
an FTP with the resource pointing to the virus scanner, all FTP traffic is
refused.
The FW1 box can ping the Norton's box. I can reach the Norton's box via
HTTP to administer it.
Any suggestions, ideas?
