No! these commands do'nt work with ch-FW-I ! But if you have your Firewall on Unix- (or NT- with perl!) Plattform, you can install this Perl-Script, with this Script you are able to configure your routers and access-Lists (off-line or online). This Script works with tftp, but you have advantageous to send the configuration from your remote machine too (without telnet on the router!). Forthermore you can install RCS (Revision Control System) to modify and save different versions of router configurations. all scripts are avialable under http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/JWIED This Scipt works via tftp. If you have a router in dmz, you can define on your Firewall source and destination tftp-connections.
