This is what I got from someone a Technologic, Inc. when I asked
this question of them some time back. I haven't checked it out.

S/Key was originally developed by Bellcore, but it is an open
standard that is still supported by many vendors (the standard, now
called "OTP" for "One Time Password", is defined in RFC 1938). There is a
public domain implementation of S/Key for Unix called "OPIE". It can be
found at:
