Users wouldn't even need to boot from Linux floppy.  The Win95/98 policies
only change registry settings.  Just run regedit and take the NO NETWORK
CONTROL PANEL (it's something like that) key and turn it off or delete it.
Viola!! instant access to the Network Control Panel. The Microsoft system
policies are really smelly!!!
