Folks what should I do here, we are using Firewall-1 version 4.0. Below is a
message that already two users got.

Notice of Failure to Validate Download

We are unable to determine if your request is of US or Canadian origin, the
problem is The software you have requested, contains cryptographic functions
under the jurisdiction of the United States Government export control laws.
This software may be considered to be munitions regulated by the provisions
of 22 CFR 120-130, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and 22
USC 2778. You must meet the following conditions before you are allowed to
download:

1. You must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or
Canada.
2. You must be downloading this software for use in the United States or
Canada.
3. Your download location must be in the United States or Canada.

In addition, You must pass a *reverse lookup test on your IP address to
determine host name and Domain information. If this lookup fails you will be
denied access to the North American download. A failure on the reverse
lookup could be caused by a corporate firewall that does not broadcast this
information or incomplete information. If you are going through a firewall
you could ask your administer to fix this problem or you could download the
international version of the product.


*NOTE: A reverse lookup is a process whereby our web server tries to convert
your IP address into a valid Host Name. If this cannot be done at the time
of download, we have no other choice but to deny access. Please understand,
that we cannot work around this issue due to the serious nature of the
Federal regulations involved.
