I'm using SurfControl SuperScout here with 30 users, but I don't see why it
couldn't work with 150. Seems very stable and usable, although, I have never
tried restricting access. I do know that it can supposedly do it, and have
played with the interface for it a little. It resembles a rule-based
firewall in that aspect.
