Im not sure whether this applies to TIS-FWTK, but many FTP proxy
services allow you to use user@hostname as the username to establish a
connection with a non-proxy-enabled client. Example below is using the
unix 'ftp' program with a Wingate FTP proxy server:
entropy:/home/spinux > ftpwingate.example.org
Connected to wingate.example.org.
220 WinGate Engine FTP Gateway ready
Name (wingate.example.org:spinux): [EMAIL PROTECTED]
331 Guest login ok, send your complete e-mail address as password.
