I wrote some code a while back to take down diff. OS's TCP/IP stacks by
sending huge fragmented Syn + Psh packets minus the intial segment, then
repeating until all of the hosts TCB's are used up and it is effectively
offline. If you have a linux machine with Libnet .10+ and want to play
with it, let me know.
