Here's a PIX config, version 4.2.2 software allowing inbound PPTP that
worked for me.

static (inside,outside) xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy netmask
255.255.255.255 0 0
conduit permit gre host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx host nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn
conduit permit tcp host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx eq 1723 host nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn

OK, so perhaps the x's are overdoing it.
y = real IP address of NT server on inside
x = global IP, i.e. the address of the NT server on the outside
n = IP address of remote machine making inbound connection
