Getting ready to roll-out a WAN connected by Firewall-1 site to site VPNs.
Looking for experiences/opinions on Checkpoint SecuRemote.
(We like FW-1, but have heard different opinions on securemote)
And recommendations on configurations or thoughts on horsepower needed to
run these Firewalls/VPNs effectively.
We'll have twelve sites, total user's 1500-2000, have no preliminary numbers
on supporting concurrent sessions, but will definetly want each site to be
capable of supporting 7-8 concurrent site-to-site VPN's for exchange of
application data and an unknown number of remote users.
For once, we can dictate OS and box configs, so looking for experiences and
opinions. We are thinking NT for local manageability or going Sun and doing
everything from an enterprise management console.
