How about free?
http://emwac.ed.ac.uk/html/internet_toolchest/ims/ims.htm has a no
longer supported SMTP server for NT (I've run it on 3.51 sp5 and 4.0 sp
3,4) with that they quite working on a couple of years ago, but I have
used this as SMTP server to process form submissions and mailing lists
on my website for several years. No frills certainly, but very stable
and easy to use.
