Browser FTP Authentication

This is a bit off the subject, but still pretains to security...what is the
command that can be issued from the URL that will allow a person access to a
NON-anonymous ftp site...I've seen this entry somewhere but have forgotten what
it is, getting too old...This command allows a userid and password window to be
displayed back via the browser...thanks in [EMAIL PROTECTED]
