Apache is nice because is can reverse proxy both http & https at
the same time.  Squid can only cleanly reverse one port at a time,
otherwise you have to write an external redirector, & there are 
performance issues there.  No experience with netscape, and I wouldn't
put MS-proxy/NT on an external server.
