I'm trying to convince corporate on the east coast to scrap the current
partial frame relay network in favor of a Firewall-1 based VPN network.
Want to initially link 8 headquarter sites together and add additional
offices at a later date.
Price not being an issue (I already showed them that VPNs have a far lower
long term price), what are the issues involved between VPNs and Frame Relay
networks.
Security and functionality being the major concerns.
(I don't necessarily buy into Frame providers claim of not being able to get
your data of their networks)
Any experiences or opinions would be appreciated.
