URL filter list

Hi,
  For URL Filtering, I came across cyberNOT list from CyberPatrol
  and surfwatch.

  Do anybody have experience on these two products?
  Are there any filter lists apart from these two.

  We need to integrate filter engine in embedded box running
  proprietary OS. So we need the vendors of filter list who can
  provide some sort of generic SDK.
