Firewall-1 state sync feature built-in or extra? V3 or V4?

Been a while since I touched Firewall-1 so I haven't played with their
state synchronization mechanism.  Does the state sync feature come
with the "Firewall Internet Gateway" product or is it an extra-cost
module?  Lack of a separate module listed on their web indicates the
former but our local reseller isn't sure.

Either way, is it only available in V4.0, or did it come out in V3.0's
lifetime?
