I agree with Jen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Gauntlet's support is even worse.   The last time I called the engineer hang
up on me and I was never able to reach him again.  I left him so many
messages to call me back and he never did.  -- I wonder what he wrote to
close the call --  
We still have their product but we try to solve issues in house.
Basically, you have to beg them to give you support.
