She could have bought an iMac and been sending email the same day.
And if Microsoft hadn't killed their competitors, she could have bought an
Amiga, or Atari, or BeBox, and end up with something cheaper and less likely
to crater on her when she needs it the most.
If they changed the world, it's not in any positive way.
