Yes, on Solaris it's correct, but on NT it's not.
The following is the correct syntax:
On Solaris:
62.0.24.36 00:a0:c9:ca:a3:df
On NT:
62.0.24.36 00-A0-C9-CA-A3-DF
The general syntax is:
<IP-address><tab><external if MAC address>
The local.arp feature was introduced because of NT's inability to
do proxy-arp'ing. Solaris can do this on it's own (using the arp-command).
Remember to restart the fw-1 service after modifying the local.arp file.
