My apologies for broken link. Someone else on the list forwarded the doc to me,
so I never really went through the whole download process. If someone else has
a valid link or other way to get the doc, they should probably post it. As it
is, I have emailed about a half dozen copies to various people on the list, who
requested it from me.

Is the link below for Mike's paper correct. Each time I go there, and
select a link I get a message saying that they are unable to find the
