From what I remember you can not export 128 bit unless you hand over the key escrows to the goverment (and I can't think of a single reason ANY client would allow you to do that).  So you just have to make sure that none of the things you do involves crypto that exceeds 40-bit or so.  More detailed information can be found at:

hello,

ok, this is somewhat firewall related -- at least in the sense of security.

What issues do I need to worry about when I have a secure site here in
US and am using client-side certs that our issued from my site specifically
to places like hong kong and other possible "restricted" countries.  Some of
the legit users live and work in these areas.  My web site is NOT 128 bit
so I think I am OK there... But in general what are the rules and are there
any pointers to docs to help out???
