I'm having this weird problem that Checkpoint can't figure out (it's been a
month).  I installed FW-1 4.0 on a new NT box.  When I run the GUI it says
that it's not licensed.  I call Checkpoint and they're confused because NT
isn't supposed to require a GUI license.  I tell them I'm aware of this.
After weeks of going back and forth, they send me a separate GUI license.
No dice.  Needless to say, I'm underwhelmed by their support.

Any ideas?  Any similarly awful experiences with Checkpoint that you'd like
to share to make me feel better?

Config:

NT 4.0, SP 4 (was SP5 -- I downgraded to SP4 at Checkpoint's recommendation)
4 3Com NICs
FW-1 4.0 (SP1)
