Sure. If you've got the proxy client installed on your Windows machine,
and the MSP server is running the Winsock proxy service, it's
automatic. If you're trying from a non-Windows machine, or you don't
want to install the MSP client, you'll have to get a SOCKSified telnet
client, and of course the MSP server must be running the SOCKS proxy
portion.
