I would proceed with:
If it isn't yours or you do not have expressed permission to probe a
system in any way, shape or form, don't do it. A neighbor is one thing;
how would you react to a prefect stranger coming around looking in your
windows and checking door konbs... would you believe he was poking around
in you and your family's best interest?
