hi,
thought i might comment that comparing Solaris on intel because
suddenly SUN has decided to offer it for free is hardly a blessing.
it is not GPL as well as since i use both myself if you have been
using linux for "any " amount of time you will be disappointed with
what is available for you on the Solaris x86 platform. @ least i
was when i installed it and since then. also ever try to locate drivers
for something you presumed would be usable since you use linux?
scan what is available and i am sure that you will conclude that
SUN is ! too serious about there support of x86;-( after all is
it in "their" best interest? appears not to be..
