We have recently installed firewall-1 with the vpn on our corporate network
and now the sales staff and field engineers are connecting to the corporate
network through SecuRemote.

Now we have a problem with our mail. Since the mail server (sendmail) is
configured to deny relaying outside email, mail sent from a remote user
through the vpn tunnel to an outside address is denied by the mail server.
This causes lots of inconvinence for the rmote users.

I am sure many people have the similar set up and just wondering how
other people solve/bypass the problem. Is there a way to configure sendmail
to relay by user?

Sincerely,

Zhen Li
