If you have someone with any security experience at all, they should be
able to figure it out (especially with the GUI tool), and PrivateI isn't
that hard to set up (though it is a pig -- pick a dedicated box for it).

My first experience with PIX (having never worked with it or PrivateI
specifically), I was able to get everything working together within 2 or 3
days.  The books that come with the product are adequate for getting
started.
