There is a (very mature, been around for years) product for IBM
mainframes called "TopSecret". It does user security/access controls and
competes with IBM's RAC/F. It does enable system-to-system security but
not in the manner of a firewall. It might also be the name for some
other product for firewall security, but I myself haven't heard anything
about it. (Of course there are a lot of things I haven't heard about so
my ignorance doesn't mean much).
