temp file noise in Tripwire

Has anyone had any luck excluding temp files from the integrity check in
Tripwire for Windows NT?  The problem is that
the product does not support wild card exclusions and since NT temp files change
constantly, a lot of noise is created in the report.
I have contacted the vendor and they promised me a workaround, but have not
heard anything as of yet.
