The aim is to secure a single user w95 internet connected machine
blocking sending/reciving packets to some sites or IPs (example: make
impossible to establish a connection to www.*.li.org).

I prefer the linux solution, but until I have a cable conection to
download staroffice, i must use windows (I have to pay 1'5$us per hour
while i'm connected at 0'3 kb/s) . I've been thinking about making a LAN
with my tree computers (486dx2-66, p100 and p166mmx), and my father's
one (k6-2 3D 333), leaving the 486 with linux for printer services and
internet proxy/firewall, but i have to wait :(. 'Till then the only
thing I want to do is have a bit of security :).
Thanks to everyone who has helped me with this, i'm searching now for
the programs you have suggested me, but until the 27 i'm not downloading
them (i'll do that using the university computers, they're faster :) ).
