perhaps this may be the right place to ask this
question. since FreeBSD is run on many
commercial shops worldwide. so what is the diff
between FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD and our
plain old redhat linux or caldera linux.
I mean they are all unices... I needed to install
a unix based OS for bastion host etc. so
I am asking now because after all is implemnted
and then we discover, oops we could have gone
for this vs that. I mean is there a comparison
between
these flavours, in the sense of features, security,
user commands, daemons available and support
for common GNU utils...., and last but not the
least
,support for NIC cards now....(very important for
my
case now).
please email me a copy of your suggestions or
personal experiences........
thanks
tally
